We want you to feel confident in your Simone Pérèle pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, briefs and bodysuits must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the protective strip intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include the provided return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
